PERMISSIONS

character: Draco Malfoy
age: 17
notes: I play Draco as heterosexual. that said, I'm not above some awkward happenings. if your character is male, they're welcome to use these permissions as given all the same. just know that, accordingly, the reactions given will vary!

hugging: yes!
Draco will be more accepting of this behavior from women, but as the longer he stays in rekindled, I'm sure he'll learn to be less picky with what help he gets, especially as he's sufficiently difficult to be friends with. once over himself and comfortable with whomever, though, he'd gladly give and take some hugs as long as no one could see/judge him lol...

flirting: yes!
again, this depends on Draco's comfort level, and in this game, he's so removed from the world he's used to, he might not know how to engage people like this. that is to say that he's not sure how to apply his elitism in a world that doesn't adhere to his history and culture, and he also won't know how to correctly discriminate against people (woe is he). BUT: that said, do flirt with him. he might frown at you in disapproving disgust, so be ready for that, but if he's soft on you, he might take it to merrily bloat his ego. AND IF YOU'RE EXTRA COZY + A GIRL there is a chance he may flirt back. Draco's not shy about flirting generally, but situation is always paramount to his decision making.
for the record, he probably can't get too serious/form a relationship due to all of his personal issues regarding what is and is not okay. also, he's pretty inexperienced!

kissing: yes!
even if it's not a great idea and Draco's aware of that fact, there's a chance he'll reciprocate because he's a physically needy teenager. sorry. but he might not take it well after the fact, conveniently. he'll be more receptive to kisses from people he likes, and girls. under horrible emotional duress and general personal sexual frustration, Draco MIGHT--might--tolerate a kiss from a boy. but then there will be problems.

things more sexual in nature: yes, BUT...
unsurprisingly, like most boys his age, even with his political personality, Draco's got physical needs and urges and blah blah blah--if someone he likes comes onto him enough or if he develops something similar to a relationship with someone, he won't pass up sexual opportunity if he's comfortable enough with the idea. for example, if your character is pretty plainly a non-supernatural, regular-ass human, no matter how hot, Draco would actively try to avoid any sort of sexual encounter with them due to personal discomfort, given his upbringing. but if someone's aggressive enough, I'm sure Draco would let himself make the mistake--but again, the aftermath's going to be annoying. and whiny/intolerant.
so tl;dr he's a horny teenager but he's also so far up his own ass with his elitism he may potentially cockblock himself

injury/death: yes!
minor injuries don't require permission, because Draco deserves them constantly. however, regarding, heavy injuries that will affect my gameplaying for weeks/months, I'd want to talk it out first or to be warned. same with death!

telepathy/mindreading: yes, but within reason!
Draco has been trained to be sensitive to his general canon equivalent of mind-readers, and has also been trained in the art of occlumency to defend himself against his mind being envaded. however, being as mind reading in a lot of other canons aren't hideously painful, you can probably read Draco's mind without him being aware of it. but if he gets any sort of sense or rumor that your character has the ability to read minds, his mind will become mysteriously impenetrable.

treadjacking: yes! I don't care.
fourthwalling: sure!
triggers: Draco will become deeply uncomfortable with extended talks of torture or murder, due to the nature of his story. but I don't personally mind it!
